It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. jat77 is not responsible for any loss caused by negligence in protecting your account.

Your jat77 account is entirely personal. It may not be transferred, sold or rented to any other person. Transferring any balance or bonus in your account to another person is also prohibited.

We may introduce an identity verification process at any time to ensure security. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other documents. Failure to submit the required documents may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x, meaning you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 in bets.

• Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering conditions, which will be stated in the bonus offer details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited.
• jat77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

The jat77 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold and up to 0.8% for Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. jat77 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jat77:

• Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Introducing harmful software or viruses into the platform's systems.
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other users.
• Using the platform's intellectual property without permission.

If the above restrictions are violated, we may take the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
• Forfeiture of all account balances, bonuses and winnings.
• Disclosure of relevant information to legal authorities.
• Pursuit of legal remedies for damages.

If any clause or part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The validity of one term will not affect the other terms.

These terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy together form the complete agreement between you and jat77. Any oral or written representations made prior to these terms are superseded by this document.
